Why not just call the DMV? Or check with your insurance? I suppose since you're asking if there is a free website, you've already checked the DMV's website and it costs money correct?

I don't know if what i did can count as help, but glad it worked for you.

p.s. I just checked with the DMV website for OR and it appears to cost a couple of bucks to get a copy of your record. I'm guessing cause it's an actual print out that has to be mailed? I know your insurance will give you all they know for free, but in my case (couple of tickets), i don't want to "blow the whissle" on myself. My insurance only checks my record once ever 3 years or something? If i ask them to check, they may drop me once they see my licence has been suspended twice in the last year!

In some states you can go online and find every ticket you have ever received. It's not just driving but it will have your answer. Now the question is does NY have this site? I have no clue lol, but I know WI does. I hate that state.

Just go to Another insurance company to get a "quote" and they will check your driving record and your credit history, thats before they will even give you a quote, then just ask to see your record,or play dumb and tell them that you have a "clean" driving record, then when 72 violations come up under your name(lol),ask them to see it as that must be Wrong, and possibly someone Stole your I.D..
