in the process now. I have been machining it at work on a mill for about 10 hours so far. the 10.5 hotside and stock o2 housing are getting the same treatment. should be about the most flow possible from these parts. then there taking a trip to be coated.

I found the guys that are makeing good HP and Torque numbers, even some companies, buschur, are running a ported stock mani. Im taking it to another level, complete gasketmatch of each part and huge porting on the most restrictive parts. It will be some time before im done though. I was gonna do the 3" works outlet i have thought of a way to get the stock one very close alittle over 2.75" i will have to see if it will hold gaskets though. and didnt want to rebuy a DP and the outlet.

RNR has a new manifold that looks very nice and they claim very high gains like 40 hp and matching torque

Not to mention that our small 16g dyno turns into a ski slope.

true. i meen i got the RNR c/t exsaust and i love it. im shore it is a good peace but i will never pay that kind a money for a manifold unless i had a turbo upgrade and a custom manifold made. i hope tho that after testing and people buying it that they see great things with it.

David Buschur did a test awhile back on this topic... in one of his long threads.

I believe he construced his own tubular equal-length manifold (looked very nice) and tested it against his ported stock manifold.

I believe the difference in power was either minimal or the equal length manifold lost some power. Do a search and you may be able to find it. Buschur's porting jobs net great gains for such a low price.

Yes, the manifold is not cheap, but it isn't cheap to make either. When you consider it takes 12 hours to hand fabricate and SS material cost, flanges, etc, etc. We aren't making much money off of these. On top of that it comes with a lifetime warranty and you have the ability to gain 40whp. It really is actually worth it when you look at it that way. To each his own, but we can't keep up with the demand as it since these things hit the streets.

Just imagine how much power it will make on a ATP 35R kit.

I have a ported stock exhaust manifold, and O2 housing from Bushur racing. Im very happy with them , however don't know if any gains were achieved (need to hit the Dyno). I did notice that spool up is a alot quicker. I also have a 10.5 hotside as well.
