you would not care that someone just lied to you over the phone.

it's not always about how someone fixes the problem. no one in a professional business should lie to a customer over the phone.

Its valid that it can take up to 2 days to ship, it takes time to do security checks on the cc and wait for the merchant account to ok an order. 24 hrs is the norm.

Do Lancershop just drop ship everything? I think another company is behind them so part of the problem might be who they use to fullfil orders? Just a thought.

Lancershop has been ok with me, not the fastest order fullfilment but tolerable.

I would like to personally apologize for any issues you have had with our
company. I’m here to let you know, I will work day and night until we get this
issued resolved. We have a new cam shipping out overnight delivery at our expense and we issued a $30 credit already to the credit card for the hassle on the order.

If anybody else has had a problem, please contact me directly and I will work
day and night to resolve any issues. We do a high volume of orders and have a
large staff and sometimes mistakes happen. I promise you these mistakes are not intentional and once they happen we will instantly resolve them in the form of
express shipping new parts, issuing a credit, basically doing whatever it takes to
solve the problem. It is hard to monitor all the forums, so any complaints should be taken up with us directly to ensure a quick resolution.

We do some drop shipping on the larger items like body kits, wheels, etc. but the other stuff we keep instock in our michigan warehouse. If anybody is close to Ann Arbor, Mi feel free to stop by and check out all the EVO goodies in our shop.

It's definately easier to keep customers than find new ones, I've never personally ordered from them but have almost acouple times. It sounds like they want to fix the problems but sometimes its too little to late.

my experience with lancershop has been outstanding. Products were always as advertised. Competitive pricing and VERY fast shipping. I expressed concern on one order that I needed it quickly. They upgraded my shipping to overnight for free. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

If the customer service was correct in the first place there wouldnt be any need for apologies . And saying your a high volume store that has many orders to process. Well thats very funny ,looks like someone doesnt have enough employees to take care of the need of the CUSTOMER. Further more living out here in henderson nevada , las vegas area me and my husband would never order a part from your store , i could just imagine our evo's torn down and opening two intake camshafts Sorry but you wont get the chance to earn our business

My only beef with Lancershop is that they failed to contact me when a part that I ordered was not in stock. I waited almost two weeks and then called them back to find out my order wasn't shipped because "we didn't know what you wanted to do". No crap...ya never called me back to tell me anything!
That ^ happened to me when I ordered a HKS replacement filter through them.

I've also ordered a few other things from them as well. Three times I've placed an order and three times the orders were messed up. Granted, when I called they took care of the issue promptly, but it's still a hassle.

I've tried using a couple other vendors and haven't had any better success. What these internet companies don't realize (or maybe they do and don't care), I'm willing to pay MORE if I know an item is in stock, will ship when it's supposed to & I'm going to get it when I expect it. Once I find a company that will do that - I stay with them despite sometimes paying a premium for parts.

I think what alot of people need to realize is that there are close to 40,000 members on this board say only 1/4 of them have every purchased from lancer shop thats 10,000 customers on this board ALONE not including people who aren't on forums, or have other types of cars, keep in mind most people dont only order car parts once, all at once...ususally it's over a span of time and many diffrent orders. Mistakes happen. The reps lying to you is a VERY diffrent story. But when companys do massive volume like i'm sure they do, things are going to get messed up occasionally. You need to think about what you do when you go into forums, you look for a thread that you can relate to or that intrests you and you post. So if people see a thread that says "evo drivetrain horror stories" and they have a blown t-case of course they will go in that thread and post. So just because you have 10posts in a thread about "poor shipping/service" doesn't mean anything. Something a little more valid would be their sales rating and feed back. But even then keep in mind...what types of people leave feedback, not always will a satisfied customer go back and praise the company, but a pissed off customer you bet you're going to get negative feedback.

Just keep that in mind.

ever since chris ( logic performance ) stopped working there, i stopped dealing with them.. thats why i deal with him now at his own company.. he was who i dealt with at l/s, so as things usually go, when a good person leaves, his customers follow... im big on cust. service, not some sales people who know nothing about our cars besides looking at there own web page..

well my 1 problem with them is ordering parts and getting a few at a time ....they ship there stuff from multi areas of the country ..so you might get one part thats in eastern US and the othere in california...thats what i dont like about it..so if you pay for 2 days you gets screwed.thats what happened to me.i order about 5 things from them. I got 3 of them and waited over a week for the rest.....they should tell there customers that some aprts are like taht and some will be a little later than others

I ordered from them and didn't have any issues. Not to sound cheap but when ordering small things or small parts, use ebay, yes I know people say its gay and stuff but I never had any issues with any of the vendors there compared to online vendors, maybe because Ebay takes complaint against vendors seriously not like vendors themselfs . Lancershop, its a shame only people who have bad experiences say things and all the people who had good experiences don't. Just my 2 cents.
