LancerShop Not like Vegas EVOS?
they used to be great, until they decided to revamp things and put incompitant people there who dont know good cust. service.. and justin is to busy to deal with things... and if you ask for justin alot of times i just got an attitude..

i willing to accept that mistakes happen, im not perfect and often make mistakes. its how u behave after the mistakes were made. i was just contacted by lancershop, and was told they would tell me where it was to try to track shipping. we will see how it goes and what is done to see what kind of business he like to uphold!

same here...just order parts 3 weeks ago and shipping time was great.

Usually when I call there I just ask for Justin and he calls me back in an hour or so. I do not really deal with the people in the call center because I believe they sent there cust. service out to another company. Plus you guys have to remember he is not just running lancershop.com, but three companies as follows dsmparts.com, turboneonstore.com, and lancershop.com, so you can just imagine how many orders and calls they take in a day.
i ask for justin and wait till he calls back! i had a problem once and he fixed it!

Just a recommendation...I have used Z1auto.com before and they are very helpful in everything...service, shipping, pricing...they are great. I've purchased exhaust, intake filter, downipe, and SAFC-II from them, and it all came in perfect condition and very speedily. I would recommend them. Also, they dont always have the lowest prices, but they will match, so do your research and then support Z1auto.com. Great vendor
