Thumbs down LancerShop poor customer Service



I ordered some parts from LancerShop on the 7th hoping that I would have them for a dyno event here on the 25th. (Nothing performance related but it's always nice to show up with new parts.) The parts listed as in stock, some others did not show in stock so i decided to order these from antoher vendor; I would have ordered everything from them but again not all items listed in stock.

I got an email stating that my order was processed and I also got a tracking number.

I got my order on monday with a note saying that they were shipping the carbon heat sheild from another warehouse and that I would be recieving it and to just wait patiently.

I thought this was odd that I didnt recieve a tracking number for the second hald of my shipment but my CC was billed for the full amount.

I called to see what was up and they said another 7-10 days before they get another shipment in but they couldnt confirm.

I asked them what they could do as far as compenstation for the inconvenience; a discount on this order or maybee something towards my next order to keep me as a customer; they stated there is nothing they can do nor could they give me a good ETA on when I would receive the last of my shipment.

They also didnt appear to care about me posting this on the forum when I told them I felt that they were giving me poor customer service. At anytime in the last week, they could have called me so i could have tried to source this from another vendor, or even just to advise me that they made a mistake.

I have had similar issues with them. Lancer shop themselves aren't to bad, it is the company they hired to field their calls that blows. Once you finally get in contact with one of the true lancer shop employees they will see you through to the end.

My order was jacked they sent me the wrong clutch but it was taken care of eventually. To bad they didn't send me a double or triple disc, instead I got a regular Lancer one.

I'm having the same problem with them. I ordered, they send some of it, sayed the rest was coming, charged me for the full amount, and I'm STILL waiting for the item.

yea lancershop is a good place, it's the people they hired to take their orders that are horrible. pm justin from lancershop, he's usually on the ball. but the order takers are horrible..i wanted to beat the lady that helped me.

I have ordered a Ton of products from lancer shop...they are great,customer service,delivery was top notch every time with me...guess we all cant be lucky srry to hear that. Lancer shop is a very good vender tho give em another chance.

What a coincidence it does.....

When I asked why this was not listed as out of stock on the website when I ordered it, the lady said that they get these in all of the time and didnt update the site since they are always comming in.

They dont have a number listed on their site to call an actual person at the shop, thats bad service too.

I would consider giving them another chance especially if they would have responded accordingly. There are too many vendors out there to order from them again unless they attempt to make things right. Customer Service should always be a businesses first priority.

2x on *****-slapping their "customer service" people. Its too bad as Justin and the rest of the Lancershop crew seem like great guys who can and will help you out. Ditch the call center guys-we need to talk to you!

Yeah the worse part is you only find out different parts are shipped from different warehouses after the get your first item and sometimes you wont get the second item until SEVERAL weeks later. I ordered a gauge and oil filter. Oil filter came in a few days. Gauge took about a month later to arrive. A MONTH.
