Def. Totalled so You and your insurance company will reach a settlement and you get a big fat check to buy a new car.

An insurance company is not going to total the car if it doesn't cost more than the value of the car..

The Kelley Blue Book suggested retail value is still 30K on the car because it has 17.5K miles on it.. now I don't think the cost to repair it will beat that, The insurance company is obviously going to go with a cheaper choice.. won't they?

Like I said this hasn't happen to me before so I'm not sure what's going on...

At this point I'm a little worried they will fix my car not because I don't want my car back but because I don't want to have a car that will never be the same again.. reliability, performance, and visual.

I precioused this car driving it hard as it wants daily but never over killing it, frequent maintanence, waxing the car every month or two, vacuuming it every week, detailing the interior, you see my rugs!!

I wouldn't be as mad if it got totaled and I could purchase the only thing better... an 05 MR.. sorry guys.. dislike the mivec.
THEY WILL TOTAL IT FOR THE SIMPLE REASON THAT THEY WILL BASICALLY HAVE TO CUT THE DAMAGED SIDE OFF TO REPAIR IT! THEY KNOW IF THEY DO THAT THEY THEMSELVES WILL NOT INSURE IT UNDER FULL COVERAGE AND IF IN AN ACCIDENT AGAIN THEY COULDBE IN A HUGE CASE OF DUMP BECAUSE NO MATTER WHO REPAIRS THE CAR THE STRUCTURE HAS BEEN COMPROMISED. IT WILL WALK LIKE A CRAB FOR SURE! GET YOUR MONEY AND GET A NEW CAR!
IF THEY TRY TO FIX IT FIGHT IT AND MAKE SURE YOU TELL THEM YOU DONT AND WONT FEEL SAFE IN THE CAR! YOU CAN ALSO COUNT ON THEM DROPPING YOU IF THEY REPAIR IT!

TOTALLED. U may be able to purchase it from insurance company and sell for parts. The engine looks great. Can sell the leather interior for $. Rims look ok. Good luck w/ your choice.

Keep everyone updated.

Sorry to hear what happen, but be glad you are still alive! The engine still looks really good, you might be able to get some money by parting it out.

not my fault.. to my extent, noone else was involved.. (thank god).

i was just driving on slippery wet road, keeping the limit, and lost control.. long story made short.
