that thing has to be totalled...the frame will never be right again after taking that much damage...the body shop would start working on it and be like "**** this!"

that sucks bro i feel for ya, on tuesday my brother had my car leaving work in freezing rain....hit a telephone pole, swears he was only doing 30 in 1st, but who knows.

that car is by far totalled. not even close to being repairable.

and if my brother totalled my evo i'd have to hang him from the highest tree in sight.

Same thing happened to me in an older car, they will mark it as being your fault. sucks..

That almost looks worse than mine.. I was going 45 no lie but I wasn't speeding


I hit a small tree but mostly slided against a sort of dirt hill

Why will they mark it as my fault? If I get surcharged I'm going to appeal it, I'm going to have to prove its atleast 60% not my fault.


A fellow member on the forum who lives in MA told me he grew up in Acton (where I crashed) it's a very nice town but... of all the traffic it creates troughs and when it rains water builds up for being a hazard for hydroplaning.. well anyways.. I'm going to fight it no matter what.

yeah, but hes ok which is the main part. Its so sad tho, poor car. the more and more i look at it the worse it is.
