yeah, i decided after i dropped the car off. i can't afford another deductible for some hater ripping it off again, and the replacement price they quoted should be good enough to cover the deductible for this one and then some. and they should be replacing the trunk with the rs trunk (rather than trying to patch the old one). overall, the situation sucked, but if all this comes together without incident, i'll be happy with how it turns out. i also told them to leave the badges off so i can put on the uk badge, which looks MUCH better.
