I have the WORKS ceramic-coated downpipe and love it. Fitment is perfect, no rattling or other noises from under the car. It fits using the OEM cross member braces, unlike the RMR downpipe I used to have (which required a new cross member brace because it dropped too low).

besides the AVO does anyone know which one of those 3" downpipes would clear the ACD and cross bars on an 05?

 

Does the 03-04 AVO downpipe fit on 05+ evos?

So is the 03-04 dp the same as the 05 except it comes with spacers?

 

oh wait..i jus reread the first post...the AVO downpipe requires spacers for the lower tie bar...i guess its not a perfect fit

 

what 3" downpipes for 05 that fits perfectly and clear lower bars

 

I am running the Invidia 3" DP on my Evolution 7 EU-Version
Superb Downpipe, perfect welds and Bends, Massive Flanges (1/2 inch thick), doesnt clear the undersection Bars, needs minimum 1/2inch spacers for rear bar and 3/4 inch front bar. Great Flow, massive increase in Flow, Stock Cat doesnt fit easy, because stock bolts are too close together ( 1.5 mm closer than holes @flange of the downpipe.

 

Will the DC Sports downpipe be a direct fit and replacemnt for the JDM Evo IX unit?

 

i have an invidia downpipe on my evo 9 and i believe its rattling does any one have this problem how can i fix the problem

 

how is the injen downpipe??

 

You also need to mention bolt designs, most use the stock 2 bolt design, but some use 3 or 4 bolt design, some are v-band or optional.

Weight might be helpful too but they all seem to fit inbetween 6-8lbs.
