If only Toyota evolved it like Mitsubishi, instead of trying to be innovative with new engines. But oh well, that's what leaders do.

Back from the dead .....there is a few typs of SRs better valve terrains , the SR20ve motors can rev really well .....I have a built fwd sr20 car that has decent power , and I am currently trying to finish a deal on a EVO 8 on the forum here that I hope to add my spare gt35r to , I think both motors are a great design the bore - stroke on the SR is a square design so it should to want to rev a little better then the 4g63 , but we will have to see about that , I think they are both great engines ........
