hi

HI my name is Lucas, I work for GReddy NJ.

All of our catback exhaust are CARB exempt 50 state legal performance product.

It is stated in the catalog.

I have EVO2 on my LancerEvo now too.

Lucas, while we have your attention, can you elaborate on the two different Ti exhausts for the Evo? Some are stating two part numbers exist and one is quiter than the other.

we only have one Ti exhaust for evo, and there is only one part number in the catalog. the ti does not have resonator.

Note: My Greddy is a Power Extreme Ti and _NOT_ the Power Extreme Ti-R which I believe is fairly mental (93dB @ 4875rpm).

The Ti (no R) is Jasma compliant, which is a Japanese noise level standard of some type. I don't know their figures but I think they measure it at 0.5m from the rear of the car, at a 45deg angle to the length of the car and the same level as the exhaust outlet.

From looking under my car, there's a slim silencer-like thing in the 'centre' pipe. I think the Ti-R has nothing at all but just a straight pipe right up to the tail silencer.

As I recall, the Ti has a 70mm pipe diameter and a 115mm tip, the Ti-R has an 80mm pipe diameter and the same tip.

fugiwara -

a bit off-topic...but, are there any performance differences between the EVO II and SP2. I understand they are both "quiet", but can you ellaborate on any differences between the 2? Which has a more understated tone?

Thanks.

OUR catback ex. meet the SAE sound test, it does not say street legal, if you need something in writing you can call our California office.

May I ask why you want to know?
