Rate your Evo Dealer

My dealer (seem like nice people) seems to be clueless.

- they left my spring spacers in, and did not even call me back to say sorry (i called them to give them a heads up).

- they must have driven my car into one of those cement parking lot things...there is a big 2"x1" scrape under the front spoiler... not too noticible from up top (can just see the start of it).

- all 4 of my tires were at different pressures... the front 2 were over 35psi.

- Tried to rape me for $999 for the lower end pitpass (starting a thread on that soon).

The only good thing...MSRP (signed contract in March 2002 though), and my trade-in value was good on my S2000.

Quality Mitsubishi....

Well i didnt drive it or anything but i just went to look at an Evo and they wouldnt even let me touch it...yeah i couldnt touch the freakin car, even though my pop has bought 2 cars from them. They had the car outside too?! I asked her if she would crack the hood for me so i could look at the engine, again i was denied. If i ever buy another mitsubishi, it will not be from them.

Motorworld Mitsubishi in Wilkes Barre, PA. Excellent dealership. MSRP last week when everyone was raping. Salesperson and finance manager were top notch. Absolutely the best dealer experience I've ever had. Even beating out my BMW dealer.

York Mitsubishi..York, PA

An absolute pleasure to deal with. Got my EVO there (the 1st one sold) for MSRP. Great people to deal with. I bought my 2000 Eclipse there in 1999 as well. They still have a yellow EVO for sell. I highly recommend this dealership

Motorworld in Wilkes-Barre can kiss my a$$. They absolutely **** me off. I was months before they even knew what we knew here and told him I was interested. He took my name and phone. Just call two weeks ago and he told me he would call me when they show up and never did. This is the last time I will ever deal with them!!!! I will go to Kelly Mitsu and give them a try!

Dan Georger Mitsubishi

I paid MSRP with no problem. The salesmen said "If you try to mark them up it will come back to bite you." Bob Mead is my salesman. He is very nice to deal with. The car was prepped well. I met Dan Georger he is nice too.

I rate them out of

So far my experience with the Irvine CA dealership has been pretty bad. Why even take deposits if you arent going to sell the cars to the people who put down deposits?

My 2 cents

since (like i mentioned before ) i am getting my car from them shortly, i got some Questions for you. Did they offer you the pitpass? howmuch? did they put any of the dealer etra BS addons on(i mean like the "undercoating" or anythign like that? How did the car look when you got it, aka where their anyswirl moarks or anythign like that from a bad wash job? Did you ask them about the paint issue when you got yours?

THanks for the info

So far every dealer in Florida has proven to be a lying, greedy, delay tactic driven bastidge.

Of course this may be just frustration speaking from 1-1/2 months of "It'll be here in a couple of days", idunno...

no, no , no, no and no. They didn't offer pitpass, I think the reason is that pitpass isn't profitable, I did get their 6/75k extended warranty(cancelable, transferable), they didn't add anything to the car, but they did give me a car care kit call touch of class(came with the extended warranty), the car looked brand spanking new when I got it, I think they did a pretty good job washing it. As for the paint, I didn't realized about it until I left the dealer and read it on the forum so no, I didn't ask. So except for what I asked for, they didn't try to sell me any "extra" stuff and I liked that. Anyway, I think the showroom EVO, red/sunroof is still up for sale at msrp(I think).

oh yeah, make sure you TELL them what you want for your car, like front plate holder(or not) and what not, also, if you don't say anything they'll put a boch sticker on the car, now I like the dealer, but I don't like them that much......
