I need your help with TBE installation... ASAP

Ok I bought RnR TBE and Im installing this right now . I need to know something. What is O2 Dounut for and where does it go ? Ryan PMed and told me that it goes on stock 02 housing, but Im still not sure which part of O2 housing . Does it go between O2 and Downpipe ? I checked the fitting and although it fits the side of the downpipe where you connect to the 02, but it doesn't fit the O2 ? I have 2005 GSR.. Please respond ASAP . Stock downpipe had nothing between its connection to O2 .

This is the Thick silver ring that Im talking about .

THANK YOU for your help

Yes once you take the stock dp off theres one in there that is stock you will replace that with the one you have and put the downpipe onto it.

Its kind of inside the 02 housing, you might have to pull the old one out as it doesnt always fall out and then put the new one in and tighten the downpipe

ok i got this out. but another problem . Those BOlts with springs that hold the downpipe, they don't work with aftermarket downpipe.. What everyone uses to attach aftermarket downpipe to stock O2 ? What about the springs ?

I had to grind off the spacer on the stock bolts. I hope you have a dremel or something like that. Then you should be able to use them with the little springs.

my buschur tbe came with the wrong downpipe bolts. rather that wait for the right ones to arrive, i went to lowes and got the right pitch 10 mm bolts. i installed them with never seize. no problem. when the buschur hardware kit arrived, the bolts looked the same as the ones from lowes.
