I bet they had the Evo VIII behind the service area so they can actually sell that "Evo II" for several $k over the lancer MSRP. Most people in the US are probably going to call the Evo VIII, Lancer Evolution or Evo so I could see the scam these people are trying.

Customer: "i'm been hearing about the Lancer Evolutions and how hot they are. Do you have any around?"

Salesman: "No we just sold the last one a few days ago. But we did get our first shipments of the Lancer Evolution IIs already."
