y the hell would u have stopped if u were doing 165mph?????#$%%$? im guessing u were on a long road since u were do a buck 65 so if u were i would have ran. but sometimes it aint worth the risk thats if u get caught running as well

 

well that about 2 hour drive so we did a 1hr drive.. it sunday.. not much cars and cops.. so we just play tags then we slow down for couple min to meet more evo then go to portland meet more evos

 

Well some people have asked for an update.. I am working with two seperate attorneys right now and will be calling more this week. I would like to start utilizind these legal professionals by midweek. I am going to throw everything I have at the prosecuting attorney's office before we ever get to court.. If I do have to go to court then I have already devised a back up plan for that..

Some of you who have posted on here do not seem to be familiar with the terrain in AZ. If you are not extremely familiar with AZ please do not post about how I should have run from the officer that stopped me. I am from WI and have lived in MN,IA,SD,MS and spent a reasonable amount of time in NC,SC,CA,NV,TN,FL,LA, ect. Everywhere you go in this great country has different types of terrain. Unfortunatley for me, that night, AZ has the type of terrain that is not conduscive to running unless you are in the heart of the city; wherever you happen to be

 

In sc you can get out of one ticket for only court costs by having the lawer claim defective equipment. I got out of a 85 in a 55 they wrote it up as a bad speedo. cost 100 in court costs and no points.

 

Dude your first mistake was going with a female lawyer think about that ****.

Running from the cops would have been a bad idea by the way. You did the right thing by pulling over you don't want to give them a reason to blow you away for speeding.

 

Yo Karma...its in your name bro...you will get it knocked down...you may have to do a litte community service and pay a hefty fine...but its better than losing your liscence. Stick with the best lawyer that will work for you...and if you need anything from me let me know...

It's one thing to fight a ticket when they use radar/laser against you, but it's so much easier when they have your confession right here for everyone to see.

 

It is not that easy to prove something. I could be typing from someone else, in fact I use my girlfriend ID once in a while.

I know what you mean, they could use some eveidence to try to bring you down but a good defense lawyer should be able to dismiss any false official statements.

Anyway, this is exactly why I hate with all my heart the police methods and laws on this country. This is a video from a guy in a military(military policeman) that served 1 year in Irak surviving getting shot by terrorist everyday.

He got a speeding ticket and the Sherriff shot him 3 times.. You see where I am coming from?, the guy got shot 3 times. The Sheriff could had hand cuffed him and write him a ticket, instead, he shot him when he offered no resistance. I am the type of guy that would take the Sheriff with me if he would shot me, I am sorry but I am not dying for a fu$king speeding ticket...
