sayajin- at least your honest and I commend you for that. Its people that don't want to admit to their mistakes are the ones that are giving the EVO a bad rep for clutches.

It's simple... you've got to pay to play. I just don't get why people don't understand that.

 

Had the same thing happen to me at 4,000 miles and Mitsubishi wouldn't cover it. But then again, I learned on this car and this is my first stick shift.

 

i have an EVO 8 MR and last month my clutch was slipping and i brought it to Mitsu. They looked at it and it took awhile for convencing them to change out my clutch but later on they did it. They replaced the whole clutch kit but they said that they'll only do that for one time only. I guess i got lucky
