I posted this in the general forum so it would get the most views!
My EVO is in the body shop right now getting the CWest front bumper painted and put on, when Intense Motorsports (CWest Vendor) Shipped me the bumper i see that the MESH Parts DONT COME WITH IT!

Where do i get the mesh at? It appears its going to take alot of it too!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have seen people who went to home depot to get the mesh and it looked great.

 

Or you can dish out $15 for a 2ft by 2ft piece from basically any body place.. phreaking expensive if you ask me!

 

Pretty sure they sell it at like autozone in the ricer section.....not saying you're a ricer, but you know the section I'm talking about....

 

make sure you get uncoated aluminum mesh, not screen. thick stuff. get two cans of Duplicolor engine enamel(ceramic) in flat black. 4 3M sandblaster blocks of 100 grit. then get to it. used the same setup for my hood grill. i bought a yellow and black carbon Kevlar Varis hood and the mesh was regular aluminum. worked awesome.

 

another option is gutter guard from home depot / lowes

 

Mine came with the mesh. Anyhow, Home Depot also carries mesh, all you need is a black spray can or have your body shop paint it for you.

 

Thanks for all the replies, i think im gonna call CWest on monday (intense Motorsports) and see if i cant get them to send me out some, because im pretty certain it was SUPPOSED to come with it!

if all else fails i guess its a trip to home depot LOL an ill just have the body shop paint it!

 

I wouldn't get the stuff from home depot. It's really cheap and thin. I got mine off ebay and it's good quality stuff. Go to ebay motors and search mesh grill. Then look for the one that says universal mesh grill set bumper body kit A. You will have to order 2 pieces for the c-west bumper.
