Well a little update, I talked to the dealership and they said they switched the ECUs and drove it about 50 miles or so to make sure the CEL didn't come back on, and hallelujah it didn't. Now they're tearing apart my tranny to do some warranty work, but I don't think I'll get to see my car for a week or so.
