i was there and i was totaly surprised about the hp and tq diff, hey ceasar we should go for another run sometime soon as soon as i get me clutch installed.. t t y l, OH b4 i forget, warrtalon what kind of clutch are you using, how is it holding up and how do you like it, i saw your vid of the 2-step launch....HOLY SHIET...lol i have it on my flash as well but my clutch was almost gone when i got the reflash and i was unable to launch like that because it just wasn't grabbing the load. any info and/or advice is greatly appreciated. You can pm me so i don't throw this thread off topic. thx man

hey warrtalon the guy that was doing the dyno pulls whent only up to 3 gear would that be a razon of the low torque? cuz my friend alex numbers where 349 whp and 319 max torque it seems low to me as well

Sorry to burst your bubble, but I doubt the AWD drivetrain only loses <10%.

On a Dyno Dynamics dyno, we're seeing 212HP at the wheels (stock), which nets ~24-25% drivetrain loss. Sounds more accurate.
you're not up on things.... the 9 is underated

No, 3rd gear is normal and wouldn't affect torque.

Gotevo - I have the ACT HDSS, and it's been ok. It was fine at first, then I got the 7k lockout, so I adjusted the clutch pedal, and shifting was perfect again for a while (great launches), but then recently it has gone back to being notchy and giving me trouble on the 3-4. I hav ebeen racing quite a bit, so I can't blame my troubles just on the clutch. I likely have a damaged 3-4 synchro from all the powershifts, but I will probably try an Exedy Twin next time. Btw, despite the abuse so far, it is still holding 100%.

hey, thx for the reply, i will look into it and prbly end up getting it. to my surprise i've been looking at the ACT and i wasn't sure about em but now that WARRTALON has one...i'ma get it too...lol, jk, thx dude

i thought it is 24-22% drivetrain loss. and the evo is maybe underated by 10-15hp not more. nice thread anyway
