built 2.4 ETS 6235 john bradley tune

so i got the car back on the dyno and with the new turbo set up i am happy with the results.aaron (john bradley) thanks for the tune the car pulls like crazy

7/12/2010 UPDATE car made 553 info on page 3

7/29/2010 update switched to E-85 dyno on page 4

8/27/2010 update ported manifold installed dyno graph on page 6

mod list

built 2.4
GSC S2'S
TBE
ETS turbo kit with FS635 turbo
stock intake manifold
ETS 3.5 intercooler
SD tune
FIC 1100

the results are 519 whp 444 tq

92 chevron pump gas

the comparison was the stock 8 turbo from a few weeks ago
it is a mystery 2.4 not sure who built it i bought the car with it

lol no specs on this phantom 2.4 huh. must be cool to buy a car with a built motor and not have any issues with the car or the block

yup....lol did not even find out till english racing went to tune it and ran in to knock issues

Rough guess would be-

8.5:1 compression
Eagles or Crower rods
Balance shaft delete
Studs (head for sure)
Crower (not BC) valvesprings and retainers

Head seems to be stock and intake manifold is stock. Wideband blew out of the tailpipe so thats the weird spike at the end.

question what is stock compressiong for 4g64? also whats default piston rods?

10:1 and the 7 bolt rods (not like the evo version, think 2G DSM) are stock.

We build 9:1 and Eagles as our "default".

2.4's' have knock issues? I'm having the same problem. What kind of knock where you getting and how did you solve it. If you don't want to get into it on here could you PLEASE pm me. Thanks. BTW, great numbers.
