They walk over to the guy and start messin with him beyond belief. It is one of the funnier clips I've seen with people impostering their vehicle. Please, I hope someone else in here has seen this other than myself.
incase anyone hasn't seen it...

So do the Skylines(Infinity G35 here) in Japan have turbos and AWD or is that the GTR. Are there skylines NA and AWD or just NA and 2WD like our G35?

The STI badges may not always represent the actual "STI" vehicle, but also the parts. Many WRX owners get STI parts, not just the ones available on the factory STI vehicle, but STI parts that are available aftermarket like Strut bars, etc.... I don't think wrx with STI badges are bad at all. Very similar to people having HKS stickers or badges trying to advertise what they have.

they don't have (new) coupes that are turbo or AWD, not from the factory. But remember in the past, not all skylines were awd, there are many significant differences between the GT-R, GT-S, and others.... They have skylines (r32, r33, r34) with no turbo, without awd as well.

My neighbor has a new body style Mustang V6 with STI stickers on it. Good laugh. I will post pics if I see it outside without him around.

he is dumb, and totally great for making so many people laugh on the internet.

I'm not a fan of WRX people putting STI badges. If it were done in a way to make it different from the way a stock STI looks that might be ok, as long as it doesn't look like the guy is trying to pass it off as an STI.

Totally agreeable. I have known so many Suby fellas in the past, some have the 2.5 rs and get STI swaps, some wrx's get the swaps, so sometimes they get the STI badges. IMO that "could" warrant an STI badge. Others just get a few STI parts. Remember STI (Subaru Technica International) is not just the STI car itself. Most of the Subaru guys/girls I have met around the country are very serious about cars (drag racing, autox, rallying, etc).....I have probably seen the least amount of "rice" from the Subaru community while most are active in some sort of motorsports.

I like STI's ... I'm going to be driving one next week when my friend is away and my car is in for service. I would totally debadge the hideous pink front bumper stickers for him if he let me.
