do like dafarmer said and drain some out!
+1 too much oil is almost worse than not enough. The result is the oil in the crankcase (oil pan) will foam get pumped to the top of the motor (the head) and it loses its viscosity and wont lubricate (thats not good). it will also cause the bearings and rings to not get the correct lubrication and you can start to wipe them out.

pull the filter and dump oil, put filter back on. start it for 30 sec, then let it sit for like 15 - 20 min. check oil, rep. if still to high. get it as close as you can. i would say you will have to do this a max of 3 times.

Thx for the advice guys, I took the car back to the mechanic to fix it. He almost got burned when he tried to drain the oil because it was still hot from running. Ended up draining everything and then filling it back up. LoL.

Anyways, he did tell me there was too much soot inside the muffler tip tat wasn't normal. Is it really abnormal or is it usualy for the Evo?

This so called mechanic over fills an oil change and then tells you that you've got too much soot in your exhaust. I wouldnt be bringing my car back to him for anything. The evo runs ridiculously rich from the factory, your 'soot problem' is absolutely normal.
