Add rebound on the front, that will control weight transfer to the rear without having to add compression dampening to the rear.
Not really. Weight transfer is governed by the relationship between the center of gravity and the roll center. Springs, dampers, and suspension geometry can change the rate at which weight is transfered and the chassis' reaction to it, but weight transfer still happens. Higher rebound damping in front can actually take weight off the front wheels sooner. Even with 100% anti-squat geometry weight is still transferred, but since it's only through the suspension links it can make the back end a lot more nervous. Heck, you can have >100% anti-squat and make the rear end rise but there's still weight transfer to the rear.
