.... I'll keep you posted... just know that HOPUP did in no way try to resolve this situation properly and when confronted with their false advertising, they became rude and defensive and hung up the phone on me.

just want to reiterate... hopup racing blows goats. Still waiting on a reply from the guy who says he has a bung in his pipe so i can show this to hopup and maybe exchange and handle this without major legalities. Either way the BBB has been notified and we will see what they do.... thanks for your support guys
that picture is the old desgin of helix. the one you got is the new one. it should came with the o2 plug that goes to your cat back. you are not ripped off.
Edit, They changed it because old desgin requires to cut the o2 wire and solder it with the provided wires. Also, there is a problem with that desgin that might ruin your o2 sensor ( it will collect carbon deposits and water ).

the point is, they are posting a picture of a product that they are not carrying. which is the product i wanted... not to mention they are advertising the cel fix...which is what that bung would do. They did not send the 02 plug for the catback, when i informed them of this they said it doesnt come with it. I then asked them how the CEL does not come on then and they replied with they sell these all the time, its designed that way. So helix i guess has a design of a straight thru pipe that doesnt cause the cel to come on ? we all know the truth, that you need something else to get rid of the CEL. Either way the point is false advertising... wrong picture on a product at the same time advertising a no cel product and didnt even include the part for the catback for that. HOPUP RACING IS SHADY. You guys can order from them if you want but after talkin to a few of you on here and a couple friends in my office, im not the only one they have ripped off and then give a very rude and unprofessional attitude about it afterwards

For what it's worth, this thread has convinced me to never purchase anything from Hop Up Racing. If that is the kind of customer service they offer, no thanks! They should have given you a refund (with no restocking fee) or they should have sent you the part they advertised...

sadly enough, i was calm when i wrote that last post.... not so much when i wrote the original post in the thread... it just makes me angry that hop up handles business this way. it ruins things between customers and vendors. its ok however, i really dont think too many people will be buying anything from them from this site again. I have decided to make it my lifes work to complain about hop up and spread the word around to not buy anything from them ever again... the funny thing is, i told them that i would blast them on this forum for this, and they answered with so, go do it, everyone is still going to buy parts from us.
