320HP & 289TQ ?

I just used my G-TECH last nite and got as the title states. I was wondering if this is par with my mods. My mods are as follows: Turbo XS TBE w/ test pipe, Dejontool MBC, K&N filter, Apexi SAFCII (tuned myself). The reason I want to know because I tuned myself. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, sorta. The numbers themselves are 20-30 too high, but the fact that TQ is lower than HP is definitely what happens when relying on an SAFC.

I was using a G-Tech so I wasn't sure if it was accurate or not; I was actually suprised to see after researching on here.

Depends on the tune with the SAFC.

I have used an SAFC and tuned cars with SAFCs, and the torque is 9 times out of 10 very close to the HP. Within 5 or so. It also depends on the level of mods. Usually cammed cars have a little larger spread.

These are on cars with and without upgraded injectors.

I will be getting a custom flash done this monday, so when they do a base dyno I'll know how close the G-Tech is. Also I think I would like to see what they say about my tune.

Sorry, I don't believe it. You don't get WTQ anywhere close to WHP with an SAFC on pump gas without injectors. Sorry. 9 times out of 10, the wtq is nowhere close. Simply, you need injectors, race gas, or alky to allow you to pull enough fuel in the peak torque range in order to get enough timing with low enough AFRs to make good power. This is especially not believable on 91oct where you have to run even less boost and are more knock prone at peak torque where the facdtory tune is very lean and requires the ADDITION of fuel on the SAFC, which in turn causes the ECU to provide less timing.

i think that reading you got is crank HP and not WHP. I dyno'ed at 295WHP and 257WTQ with injen intake, XS ic, RSR gt EXmag, SAFCII, MBC, and fuel pump. and I had to turn down the boost because the duty cycle on the stock injectors was max'ed out. as far as boosting on 91oct. you can boost to 22-23PSI but, you will have to dump a lot of fuel (bigger injectors) to keep from knocking. my zeitronics recorded 22.7PSI when i was in 5th at a very high speed and the car was still pulling hard. I have a lot more mods than what i stated when i boosted that high. also my gas mileage is horrible but i love the power so it's just a price to pay.

I used my Gtech pro and get number inline with a mustang dyno.
I bet you set it up wrong or something.
Did you do the pulls in second gear?
Did you use the curb weight (3263) and driver weight (your weight) for the total weight?
Read your manual.

Gtech gives road wheel HP which is 3-5% less then dyno wheel HP.
