is my car a lemon? need advice!

I'm a newbie but most of you are wrong. I was the second owner of a previously lemoned california SVT Focus. I too had problems and contacted a lemon law lawyer who was able to do it for me too. When you get a lemon law lawyer you don't pay a penny win or lose, the bill goes to the manufacturer regardless (that makes it fair for the consumer without the massive resources). I hope I never have to do it again but I was pleased with the outcome. 
the dealership is getting really frustrated, and told me to bring it back next week(closed over the weekend) im really scared because my warranty is going to run out soon, and if these problems keep occuring, im going to be screwed if anything breaks!

Check it out at shepracing.com. If it keeps going time and time again, just pay to get the thing upgraded by the worlds best DSM and Evo trans builder. AMS uses the shepard racing trans and I believe the transfer case as well.
