If your car is perfectly tuned WITH a cat, and you add a test pipe, if anything your Evo would be slower as it would be knocking and lean. You needed to be tuned for your parts.

Just wanted to point out that you don't need to cut or extend any wires with the UR test pipe. There is actually plenty of slack under the passenger seat to actually drop more than enough wire down through the gromet in the floor to reach the built in bung in the UR pipe.
