Exahust for sure. An intake will actually lose power without a tune unless you are getting a drop in filter.

Turboback is the best way to go. If you dont have all the cash for it go in this order
catback/testpipe/downpipe.

You should get the exact package in my sig. Great exhaust with several options on how you put it together (hfc or test pipe, loud or quiet). Don't mess with the intake - it won't be helpful - but the mods in the link in my sig will make your car a beast for very little money spent.

The AMS exhaust is very nice, but for $1000, it's a bit much. He can get a lot more for his money at Buschur...

Exhaust will definately get you more power than just an intake. What continues to mystify me though is why people keep saying an intake is not helpful or would actually lose power over stock. I bought a Buschur intake two months ago and without a dyno or 1/4 mile run, I would say I definately feel a slight but very real performance increase. Now I would not say it is a huge increase at all, very slight, but I still feel it's real. Buschur even says he gets 4whp and 7trq on the dyno with just intake:

I would imagine these increases would be in line with a panel filter setup as well.

That's the problem - people rely on their butt dyno, which is extremely inaccurate. You definitely need a tune with the Buschur filter, but if you get tuned, then it's a great $80 part...much better than spending $250-300 on a different brand. Also, you certainly can't feel 4-7whp. It's called the placebo affect.
