Anyway to Disable the immobilizer???

is there any way to disable this mitsu is trying to stick it to me on the cost of a key which i never recieved and mitsubishi corp. as usual isnt there for their customers.....

i dont beleive there is unless u go towards standalone....

nope, unless you go standalone. What exactly is the problem? You don't want to buy a key? You lost yours and you don't think you should have to pay? Someone promised you a key and they didn't deliver? What's the deal? What are you trying to get accomplished?

basically when i bought the car the dealer was missing one of the keys he said o i will get you one no problem well after now that dealer has stopped selling mitsu's and 2 years later no key... still.........

yeah and why have you been hanging on this long when you could have already had the key and been using it? And seriously dude, waiting 2 years for a freakin' $25.00 key!?? You are in pretty bad shape if you haven't moved on by now.....

Not trying to offend you but there is a limit and you went way beyond it. Buy a key and get on with life.

I would have just gotten one made. Same thing happened to my girl when she bought hers but the dealer sent my a refund check when I got a new one at a local dealer. Though it cost like $70

just by chance do you happen to know the oem keys model number??? and btw its not just the key its the fact they promised somthing and didnt come thru... and anyway after programming and all im looking @ well over 100$......

and btw no i havent been hanging on it this dealer ****ed me over in more way then one.... i wont even get into that but anyway im just wanting a spare key just in case somthing was to happen to the one and only key that i do have......
