How can you make an 03 evo more RWD bias?
Some numbers:
'04 Evo 8
Front Toe in: 0+/-2mm
Front Camber: -1deg+/-30mins OR -2deg+/-30mins (max cross camber 30mins)
Caster angle: 3deg55minutes +/-30minutes (max left/right deviation 30mins)
Kingpin inclination 13deg45mins +/-30mins
Rear Toe in: 3+/-2mm
Rear Camber: -1deg30mins (max. cross camber 30mins)
Thrust angle: 0deg +/-9mins
'05 Sti (WRX slightly different)
Front Toe in: 0+/-3mm (Toe angle 0deg+/-15mins)
Front Camber: -0deg30mins (max. cross camber 30mins)
Caster angle: 4deg50minutes
Kinpin incliantion: 14deg50mins
Rear Toe in: 0+/-3mm
Rear Camber: -40mins (max. cross camber 30mins)

Alternatively you could get a spool or weld the center diff up to have constant 50/50 split. Watch out for those corners, though!

Or Fast in Stupid out?
I must admit I was impressed with his driving skill and the balance of the car up until the point of impact. I do, however, think that was not the aproptiate place to display said skill. He put other cars and drivers at risk.

As far as powertrain options I haven't seen anything to give the car a rearward bias.

That is what I did with some Volk CE-28's and its great!
