So i'm driving back on hwy 17 yesterday night to santa cruz and i'm taking it really easy because its been raining like crazy and the accidents on that road have been non stop all day. So anyways someonee in an older accord (mid to earlier 90's) starts tailgating me through a turn which is annoying me because if I were to lose it we would definetly colide, so i gun it through the rest of the turn (thanks brand new AD07's) and i see in my rear view him spinninig out as he was trying to pass me on the right?

I feel bad like i somehow caused it but i don't know if i really should...

Had the same situation, but with a new z06. Stupid*** lost control and broke an axle up on a curb. Oh well, if they decide to step up and there is no contact between vehicles, do not feel bad!!! They should learn how to drive before stepping up!!
