its simply held on with double sided tape. heat it up with a hair dryer to losten the glue and then take the dental floss and saw through the glue. That would be my suggestion. I however have not taken mine off.

If it's safe enough to run through your gums....

Don't overheat and becareful with the floss and there should be no damage whatsoever (not even scratches or swirls on a dark car), but if you manage to screw up your paint with dental floss you probably deserve some sort of award.

I simply worked the lancer badge up and down, over and over till it came off... Took about 2 minutes... Then used a citric cleaner to remove the glue... Total elapsed time: 3min 47.8 seconds hahaha... That was the simple way of doing it...

Dang you! So you were the one that took my VTEC badge 2 days after I got the GSR brand new back in '99.

I used a hair dryer and dental floss. Came off easy. I then used WD-40 to get the remaining gook off.

You're freakin nuts!

Thanks guys! ... used a blow dryer and dental flaus & it came right off but I cooked the glue a bit so I used Meguires scratch off, along with a little soap/water and elbow grease to remove the glue.
