It's amazing how some of those people even get hired, I've ran into quite a few of them over the years and some of the stuff came out of their months are just comical, stuff like "No way your car would make about 240hp stock, so what if you have a turbo, those won't add more than 60hp at most...", "I'm mostly into older cruisers, I tricked out my 84 Crown Victoria recently, that engine runs so hot I had to add on a second intercooler...", and this one time a few years ago I went to test drive a Prelude, first thing came out of the salesperson's mouth was "Are you interested in a 4-door or a 2-door?" Bunch morons, not sure if I want to laugh in their faces or just walk away.

actually if you call up you're probably talking to the receptionist, so I wouldn't be surprised if that person doesn't know the difference. Also realize that the service manual set for the evo in either book form or CD is about $350. Jin, would also appreciate if you weren't quite so negative. Attacking the dealership for seeking clarification on a question and calling them "retards" and "don't know ****" doesn't help the situation. Maybe these people didn't have a mastery of the english language like you do...

The best one is... i went to a dodge dealer and took a look at the srt 4. I asked the guy if he knew the 1/4 mile time of the car for fun to see what he sais. He told me low 11s. I looked at him, smiled, walked out of the dealer bursting in laughter. lol

if you go to www.helminc.com or it might be www.helmsinc.com you can get the same service manual that mitsu has for i think $220. i got one and it's 2 books about 3-4 inches thick and has everything about the evo you'd ever want to know.
