Someone told me its fuel starvation and that i should get a bigger fuel pump??? any suggestions or similar problems?

Wow, unbelievable. So you have the absolute worst combination of mods on your car and are surprised that you're having problems? You have an intake without a tune, a VTA BOV that shouldn't be used on the Evo, I don't know what you mean by hard pipe, and then the worst MBC for the Evo.

I suggest re-installing your stock intake, your stock bov, your stock piping, and your stock boost control, then go out and enjoy 19-20psi (not 16psi) without 0 problems and no annoying noises.

Do you really believe thats the problem? what would be a good combo of parts, i was gonna replace the aem intake with a RMR intake, getting a bigger intercooler the buschur or hks. because the stock piping doesnt match up very good with the hks bov and upper intercooler pipe its to small which i thought might have been the problem, i thought maybe it was getting restricted going from the intercooler up the throttle body and the intake mainfold? What would be a good boost controller?

your main problem is you need a tune bad.

Oh and BTW no need for the IC, intake manifold or throttle body... take a look at warrtalons sig. he has a very nice selection of quality and useful mods.

Warr is right all the parts you dump in your car is worthless without a tune. The ECU will not understand what the hell is going on. Why are you adding a bigger intercooler, do you have a bigger turbo?

Wow, from one intake to another? No, man, intakes aren't need, and they are certainly not recommended on an untuned car. A new FMIC? Haha, holy cow, you are off your rocker for sure. YOu really, really could benefit from a little research. You've gone the absolute wrong direction with your mods and aren't doing yourself or your Evo any good.

The proper path to take is in my sig - click the link of the Warrtalon package. You don't have to buy those exact parts, but you should have a combination of parts that looks just like that. The brands I suggest are the ones I think are best.

- Do not buy ANOTHER intake, just go back to stock or keep the AEM
- Do NOT buy an FMIC right now - that's ridiculous
- You can keep the ic piping if you want, because it doesn't hurt anything, but it's also not helpful
- Sell that MBC or throw it away, then get a good one like the Forge UNOS or Hallman Pro
- Sell the BOV and go back to stock or get a good replacement like the Forge RS or JDM MR DV
- Get an exhaust
- Get tuned...Dynoflash is a great choice

If you do a mail-in-flash you wont have to drive anywhere. Take a look here: http://www.dynoflash.com/

when you get a tune your car is going to feel awesome, i would do it ASAP .

Joe-
Listen to Warr, he has helped many people on this board (including myself) and my car pulls very strong with no reliability issues whatsoever. He has spent many years modding and driving cars with the same platform (DSM) that our cars have, so he will give you good info. Spend $1500 on the Warrtalon stage 1 package and you will be very happy!

To get what? A tune? There's nothing in Arizona or Colorado that I can think of that you need. As mentioned, you can get a mail-in Dynoflash in 2 days with no problem. I ran 12.26 on 93oct and stock cams with my mail-in Dynoflash.
