S-AFC Is a inexpensive way to control bigger injectors by electronically fooling the computer to see less/more air passing by the mass air flow meter.
In fact, you only change the air flow signal seen by the ECU; whether or not you use bigger injectors or not is up to you. It's usually used to adjust the fuelling by changing the MAF value.
