Cheapest TBE?

Hey guys, i have been hearing alot of talk about a TBE exhaust and a catback. But everytime i look up prices for the TBE, they are way tooooo expensive. Any of you guys know of cheap TBE's (around 5 or 6 hundred) that are good quality, and produce that deep sound that I could buy for my IX? I've searched a lot about this topic but none seem to answer my question.... i was hoping one of you guys could

There are none, but you might wait for megan to come out with their TBE for the ix and that should be around 600-700.

Let me make sure I have this straight. You are going to spend you hard earned money on the "cheapest" exhaust you can find for you $30,000 EVO? Hmmm, doesn't seem like a wise choice to me. Why not buy the exhaust that is going to get you the most performance for the money spent?

Our exhaust is 36 pounds LIGHTER than the stock system and will outperform any other system I have seen to date. The price is $825 shipped to your door, with a high flow cat or offroad pipe, includes an 02 simulator to keep your CEL off if you use the offroad pipe, etc., etc.

I just don't want to see anyone spend $500-600 on an exhaust that gives less power and weighs as much as a stock system does. Doesn't make sense to me to build a car for more power and not get the most you can out of what you are buying.

Remember, some companies figure if you can't be the best, be the cheapest.

I have the Megan for my 05 Evo VIII. Here's the dyno with it. I don't have a baseline, but Gruppe-S has stated that a stock 05 dyno's about 210-215whp...

You could buy my 3' SS TBE from UR for $475. The downpipe is heat wrapped and it's in beautiful condition. PM Me for details.

Yes, the turbo back with or without cat etc., is $825 shipped.

The dyno sheet of the Meagan exhaust car making 260 whp. If the only mod you have done on your car is the exhaust there is no way it would have only made 210 on that dyno stock. The car has to have more done OR the dyno reads much higher than our MD.

Nobodies turbo back gains 50+ whp with no other changes.

Buschur, this is so arogant of you, the megan exhaust not only produces the same amount of power as your exhaust, it's has similar quality. Try to say your is the best is argoant once again.
