dude if your trying to look good for your clients get a newer 525 bmw, or a newer style lexus ls430. that lexus is outta this world. if you decide on the lexus make sure you get the one with vibrating rear seats.

unfortunately money is an object for me... I am 28 and trying to look professional... even just going to client sights, if they see the Evo, it is hard for them to get past it and focus on business.

Thanks for all of the suggestions on different cars... but I have my heart set on the Infiniti.

As for the newbie saying good bye...
I have been a member on the board for a long time... just didn't post *****

Thanks again to all.

Is your car stock? How about removing the wing? It's a little less conspicuous that way.

I was sad just trading in my VIII, I can't imagine leaving the Evo all together. The G is really a nice looking car and the interior is amazing. Enjoy.

I second the suggestion of removing the wing. I had mine off for a few days while it was being painted and it completely changed the look of the car. If you love your Evo as much as you say you do, I would give it a try. The difference is astounding. Otherwise, the G35 is nice and more mature...but what's the fun in that? Seriously, the G35 coupe really is a sweet ride. How much horse is that making?

My Evo MR has already found a new home... the buyer is coming in from Michigan on Saturday. I have feeling he is going to treat her very well... he seems like a really nice guy.

As for the Infiniti's hp, the 6 speed manual is rated at 298hp... so it isn't a weak engine by any means... but I agree, it isn't an EVO... but I don't think it is trying to be... It is OK just being what it is

Get an IS in either black or white, that car is off the hook

But seriously, remove the wing and just drive it like that. I'm client facing as well and more often than not the car tends to end up being a conversation piece, breaking the ice somewhat.

And if the clients are men, ****, which guy doesnt appreciate a fast car?
