comp 280 cam questions

The industry standard for measuring duration is at .050 lift. However, no one measures at that, usually the company will measure at .020-.030 to market the cams as having a higher duration. It all depends on what route you are going to take with the car. You can have TOO much cam, and bigger is not necessarily better, especially on turbo cars.

Honestly changing out the one cam hasnt proven to make signifigant power on the IX. Just be patient and wait for the cam aftermarket to catch up
