nice numbers... I hope.
What's up everyone. I just set up a date to get tuned on 4-12-06 by Dan at harman motive. I've made up my mind, and ill be running on vp110..
I was wondering if anyone has tuned there 9 on race gas yet??? {Please chim in with hp/tq, what octane, and mods} I wanted to know what kind of numbers I might see? I'm really hoping for 375hp... Am I dreaming?
Current mods are..
Intake, header, o2 housing, catless down pipe, and catback.
Date of tune ill be installing waldbro 255 fuel pump and 720cc injectors and a mbc.

You should be just fine with 26/27PSI for a dyno session. If you should be close to or right at 375WHP, I don't see why you wouldn't be. So well wait and see, an EVO IX with slightly less mods than yours made 331WHP on pump gas there.

What do you plan on using to tune it?
What are you paying?

All I'm doing is the ecu reflash, {advance the timing, and turn up the boost.}

, I mean the potential is there, I just wish us So Cal EVO owners had a larger selection of tuners that specialize in the EVO. Nothing against Harman Motive, they seem to be a really good shop, but they have not put in the countless numbers of man hours in solely (or atleast mainly) tuning EVOs as other shops have like in the Eastcoast or Mid West. But I am sure they will do a good job, but I wouldn't be surprised if you didn't make 375WHP, now if you took your car to Vishnu, a shop that specializes in EVOs, well over 300WHP (which would equate to 375WHP+ on a Dynojet) on their DD would be easily within reach with his experience and specialization on EVOs, but seriously who wants to drive all the way up there? Why doesn't Vishnu pass his wealth of knowledge and experience onto another and open up a Vishnu shop in So Cal, call it Vishnu 2? Why haven't really successful shops ever considered the possibility of franchising?

He spent a lot of time and made sure everything was perfect, and that car made some nice #s! I'm sure we will get close to 375hp.
I wish some guys with ix running race gas would chim in...
