Will the EVOS become a LEGEND as the MIGHTY SUPRA AND SKYLINE??
isn't the record holder for AWD and overall lap time at tskuba(or however the hell it's spelled!) circuit still the HKS evo VIII? that went up against numerous skylines, supras, and FD's and the previous record holder was an evo as well, so legendary? i would say yes. especially since it's a little 4 banger going against larger displacement motors.
Skylines and Evos are legendary in their own right. The Evos are dominating time attack trials, the Skylines following second. Go figure huh?
Evos are legend, and as more Americans come to learn about its ferocity, it's legend will grow.
Hold onto your 8s, and 9s, I see this car becoming super wanted status in the next years to come.

its already becoming wanted. the X IMO isnt gonna be a huge deal. like wut was said be4, the IX is the last true EVO. its gonna be damn near impossible to find an EVO XIII. thats wut gonna make it a legend. its almost like the harder to find the better people think it is. its mostly true isnt it.?
The X will most likely already be a high production car with more luxury, more room and less horses, plus many commercials about it. I also think it will be like the G35, automatic or manual. Hopefully they won't do that though.
As far as the Evo's prior, they are legend, I don't think they get enough credit though still.

well i believe the supras were a mass number before and then a lot of idiots like evo owners who totals the car the first years of the cars. thats why we run out of them and thats how supras gets trashed. legend of course, the MR bage last time was out was the VR4 on the Galant and the VR4 GT3000. but they were no match for evo. evo will hold the value unlike subarus'. there are too many to count, sti good cars but more STI owners than MRs. so evo will hold value realll goooood.

truthfully i think the ten will be fine but without the sportiness of a Rally Evo like ours now. and its all going to be SMG statues, no more Sport feeling. and the horsepower is actually a lot higher.

the X prolly will b fine, but i dunno. ive never driven an EVO. i just hope for the sake of the EVO fan base that the car isnt dissapointing. theres always a change it will become about as popular as mustangs and STI's. they r a dime a dozen now. i can throw a rock and hit a stang or STI. the rarity has alot to do with why its such a great car.
sterling has a point. with the incrased popularity of it and if it is higher production. the EVO is gonna turn into a ricer. just like the civic did. im young but i cant remember a civic ever being "respectable" and not thought of as a ricer.

well i think they will have a resale value cause for example in my country we only have 4evos 2from US soil and 2 from japan soil and i tell you when i went to my mitsu dealer i had to order the car on feb2005 and the car came here on august 2005 i had to wait a long time cause its a low production vehicle!
