Actually i got the GTI to drive around because my evo was taking too long i needed a car.

We still doing expertimenting with Motec we might also try the V Pro to see which works better with mivec.

Im glad someone is running that motec ecu for the 9 that is a sick setup by far i think its a lil more user friendly then the ame ecu. If i had the money for motec i would have one just the base maps for getting the car to start on a dime are far more better then the aem.

Just got news that we are going with the HKS V-Pro because it handles the Mivec much better.

Better than MoTeC?

I somehow doubt that.

dont thinks its better or worse but V-Pro is more user friendly and lighter on the pocket for the same results.

Uhhhhhhh. You can't self adjust an F-ConV-Pro, only an HKS authorized dealer can. And with that said, who cares how easy it is for them? Lighter on the pocket, yeah I agree but it hardly looks like you are hurting for cash.

MoTeC is an incredibly advanced system, the V-Pro is nice but it doesn't do some things MoTeC can. This is why all the "big boy" cars run MoTeC. But since you are not really racing and spending all of this money for a street car, I guess that doesn't matter to you.

EDIT: Tell you what, send me your MoTeC and I will treat her right.
