I just replaced my AVO with it and it's much louder than the AVO but sound very good at WOT. The AVO will be on the MR. Fitment my 03 evo is perfect, lined up nicely at the bumper so no more black smoke build up.

 

y would u upgrade exaust and still have a cat? your not gaining as much power as u should

 

Why I still have a cat? Well! there're too many mices running around my house so I need it then. I didn't see any statement implied that there's a cat.

 

do you have the system with the magnaflow muffler? do you have any resonators on there? thanks

 

because some people have these pesky things called emissions tests and/or care about the environment. look up the fines in some states for being caught without a cat, it's over $1000, not worth it as far as i'm concerned


i ordered the rnr turbo back with cat and magnaflow, according to the PM i got yesterday i should see it next week so i'll let you know how it goes

 

I have the Magnaflow muffler but no resonator so that's why it's a little loud. Thinking of put on a resonator but love the sound. It's not too loud but compare to the AVO it's louder. Mine is a slip-fit version and complete 3" straight no tapped down anywhere.

I have the rnr black stealth with 3 resonators it is louder than stock at idle but not to bad at WOT it sounds great.
