OK, by now there have been 100 of those or so. I can't help it, I have to tell how I feel. Got an email today telling my Silver Evo has arrived. There it was, this car gets better every time I see it. The Silver is really stunning. I was surprised how aggressive it looked in silver

I only drove it for about four miles. Never went above 5k rpm. The interior looked better this time ( set in a blue one a month ago). I was expecting the shifting of gears to give me trouble (especially because I am used to my 3 series) no problems at all, it felt very precise to me. .

The steering was unbelievably responsive, it reminded my of a porches. Does this car have a radio? Couldn't tell, the turbo sang to me every time I went above 3.5k. Power felt plenty, I don't think I will need to anything to the car for a long time.

The car was very stiff, That is one of the characteristics I have been looking for. It felt at least 75% stiffer than my 3 series with sport package. I could not believe how great it felt to drive down the road.

Anyway, I know this is nothing new, however after waiting for over 1 year, I can't believe it is finally here, and just had to share my experience.

I will get the car this Saturday, when the sale of my present car will happen. Not sure how I will be able to handle the last few days before I get it.

Yes, this is a second wave. My dealer got a blue one a month ago, A black last week, sold to a friend of mine, and my silver yesterday. We are in Michigan

The car was early, It was going to be shipped on April 1, I think it left there before that and made it here on the 4/8.

what color are you getting? when will your get in?

They told me an ETA or 4/19 at first. Last week they changed the date to 4/27.

 

I feel your pain.

ask for the invoice. Tell to guy to call you as soon the invoice comes in. It took 5 days for the car to get here after they had the invoice.

The waiting game....GRRR!!! My dealer jerked me around for damn near a month of missed promise dates. Went from 3/13, to 3/23, to 3/24, to 4/1, to 4/5, then to 4/12 and 4/19. Finally I called and raised some hell at the end of last month and called Mitsu national and told them how I was getting screwed by my dealer and they found my car and had it specially shipped for me and it finally arrived on 4/4. Great car, but I will NEVER buy another Mitsu from that dealer again. They are total liars.
