If that were the case, my insurance would be getting higher as I get older.

But it isn't. So keep lying to yourself.

he has somewhat of a point. the cops werent gunning for u cuz u have an evo. wether or not u were acually doing wut the cops said, u must have been doing something wrong that got their attention. so saying they were bs is somewhat of an ignorant statement. cops dont pull people over for no reason. there is ALWAYS a reason. even if he does exagerate

I would severely punish the fool who thinks he can hide behind "impaired judgement" when his decision to drink in the first place shows impaired common sense. Drinking and driving does not mix ... ever. I tried it once when I was young and even with only two beers in my system, it was staggering at how much worse my reflexes were. Never again.

As far as the original poster is concerned, consider yourself lucky. Whether you are modding or breaking the law, the same rule applies: "You pay to play."

I am 30 and I have had sports cars starting at 18. I will say once I got past 28 I have gotten pulled over a LOT less, the last 2 times I got pulled over I got no ticket and the cop was super nice. When you are young and drive like a jackass you will get tickets after you get older the cops seem to be easier on you. Also I have not had a ticket in about 6 years and I do drive fast.

I plead and got four of the five dismissed. The one for speeding because the cop listed two different speeds, I showed proof of insurance, and a receipt showing i got my exhaust removed haha ya right. So any ways its all good. I have to take driving school and as longas i stay out of trouble for 90 days ill be alright.

Just wanted to talk about how lame New Mexico is for a minute. I careless or reckless driving carries worse fines and charges then a DWI. Careless driving its a automatic suspension for of your lisence for one year. DWI first offense is a one year probation for a deffered sentence which means it doesnt go on your record. How lame is that. Its a wonder why New Mexico is the US worst in DWI related deaths and accidents!
hahah u are lucky come to Fairfax and enjoy the ****. I got a reckless that cost me $1200 and I was not even speeding. the cop lied the judge was an *** and the court system was all a joke.

I am done with this crap soon I will wave good bye and leave this place behind me.

freedom my ***

How many tickets were issued at the same time? How many times did you get pulled over?

Oh... i see you're 22. That explains a lot.

I thinks its funny. When people make themselves look like jerks they dont even know. Like I said three times the tickets got thrown out due to lack of documentation. I dont make things my own personal race track. Im not a punk. I take care of people who are mentally challenged. You cant even begin to imagine how wrong you are.

yeah but you should know your area. dont get a loud *** aftermarket exhuast if you know cops pull people over for it. thats like challenging them to pull you over. cops pull people over for no front plates here. so y would i drive around my brand new sports car without a front plate. mine as well ask to be pulled over.

The facts of the matter are, you got pulled over 5 times for various offences, many of them were blatent disregard for public safety and a complte violation of the law.

I'm not wrong in one single aspect of this discussion. I used to be young, dumb, and drove like an idiot. But thank god I didn't have a beast like an Evo at the time otherwise I'd be taking a dirt nap.

Younger drivers pay higher insurance for a reason and that is because per capita, they get far more tickets, are in volved in many more accidents, etc than older more experienced drivers.

.... well.... until you get into the upper elchelon of the "golden years". Now THAT is dangerous!.

Just because his 22 doesn't mean ****. BTW your a jerk I know 50 year old people that still drive fast and enjoy's there cars. You don't buy a sport car or a fast car to drive it at 30 mph a day. You buy it to enjoy the car. I am 28 and I sure as hell enjoy my car every freaking day.
