Has anyone removed that ugly...

tire decal on the drivers door?
It looks like it will leave a mess if removed.
I have 3M adhesive remover but I don't want to damage the door panel.
Any help?
Thanx in advance.

You mean the one right under the window? I peeled it off the day after I signed all the paperwork on the car. It peeled right off, no messy residue.

It is a warning about the tires and recommends snow tires for winter driving.

huhu...and you probably keep the tags on your mattress when you buy em too, don't ya! j/k

That sticker is not meant to stay on the car. If it were meant to be perm, it would have a much stronger adhesive behind it. The tire sticker came off very easily, as if it were a static cling.

SC~

Ohhh ... I'm fairly sure I would have pulled the sticker off after looking at it another week or so
