$47,000 for IX MR

A friend of mine payed $47,XXX OTD for his RR IX MR....
How badly did he get reemed? When I heard, I knew he payed way way way more then everyone on here is probably paying, so I just wanna know what you people think and how much you guys paid OTD for your IX MR.

He got owned

EDIT:

The $47,xxx was most likely with interest included, although he did put a $25,000 downpayment on his Evo making it that he would have still had to pay atleast a good amount over $40,000 to make those interest rates be correct. There is no possible way he will remember his interest rate since his dad just bought it for him, but his parents have good credit so i cant imagine it would be %50

IX MRs go for $32,999 at South Coat Mitsu, so that would be around $35k OTD. 47k is more than a new C5 Vette...

Lol, I didn't post this thread so I can learn how much everyone else paid, I just wanted to compare, but the main point was to inform this community how owned my stupid friend got, I thought they would get some kicks out of it

Naoris,

I truly feel bad for your friend, he basicly wasted $10000. I can understand a mark up price depending on the location but $10000 plus over price is simply your friends's fault.

Thats seriously wow, he didn't re-search yet, huh? Please, if he even thinks about moding please please throw him into the right direction for that. Thats amazing for paying that much, what dealership?

Think about the 10K that could of gone into the car....wow....

and by the way, I would of helped him if I was more knowledgeable on the subject than him.

Yeah that's what I thought aswell, he basically just got ****ing owned by the dealer.

Well at the time when he bought it we weren't really talking, he knew that I wanted an Evo for about 2-3 years now, so I think he was scared to tell me he was getting one, plus I was dating his sister

I agree. I spent countless hours with some friends at the dealer talking to the seller to get then a good deal. Allowing a friend to get a Evo 9 MR for $47000 is not good.

As I wrote before, we weren't really talking around the time he got the Evo, we hadn't been talking for a couple months... Oh if he mods ill def try and help him out, but I will prob be living in L.A already and he is just a spoiled random spontanoues kid so I doubt he will call me to find out how to mod for cheap.

The warranty is included in the price...the regular 35k price, that is.
