Here is my newest dyno sheet on my '03 EVO . . . were headed in the right direction

 

Mann not too bad. What are your Mods, if any?

 

Why is there a difference of 12 hp for the 2 runs?

 

I listed them on the bottom of the dyno sheet

I am fearful to say too much or the moderator "tear it up sports" will claim I am advertising for other vendors and delete my thread - but generally speaking :

A S-AFC ; boost controller ; test pipe and a axel back muffler - thats if for 50 wheel hp gain !

These EVo's love simple mods

 

That was an A / B test before and after the installation of the axel back muffler with all the 3 other mods in place - not bad for a simple 2.5" muffler - it seems the stock muffler has some flapper in there which holds things back

 

How does it sound? Is it loud or is it similar to stock sound?

 

damn that is some serius power, can you post the stock dyno sheet for a comparison?

Everyone knows Pruven's dyno reads high

 

It's almost to good to be true with just those mods listed.

 

I'm going to post up the stock to post mod comparsion on a few mins - the pruven dyno read 236 as the stock HP - so the mods yielded 50 HP over stock

The sound is really nice - deeper than stock - slightly louder and its not obnoxious - it passed the "wife" test ! Best part is we tested it without any muffler and the 2.5" axel back is only costing us 2 hp over no muffler

Also - the muffler saved 10 lbs less weight and looks fantastic !

Just for reference, how much $ did you have to invest to get those kinds of numbers?

- Plus a couple of hours dyno time
