My temperature control knob is also getting difficult to move. Does anyone have a copy of TSB-04-55-003 or any other TSB that covers this repair. I'd like to get the parts ordered and do it myself.

Well, it looks like no one has it. So, I ordered this TSB as well as several others (the P0300 code problem) from NHSTA.
