20 psi in neutral

when i rev my moter when the car is in neutral what could be causing it to boost that high with no load on?

Have you by chance been splicing anything on your harness? I had a friend that accidentally cut his 02 wire to the ecu which caused all types of problems -- including the one you are seeing.

i tryed doing a search couldnt really find anything i sont know if mabe i wasnt wording it right or something. no nothing is spliced in to the harness but i do have a utec as well as some other mods

Is your boost gauge electronic ? Where did you get vaccum source ?

Your gauge might be playing tricks on you.

nothing would cause actual boost that high under the conditions you describe. It's a faulty reading for sure.

no the gauge is a carbon fiber autometer i got the line of the intake mainfold its telling me iam boosting my full boost and i dont know what it could be

Try a diff. gauge just to eliminate the possibilty of a faulty one.
