Seatbelt/Harness Question
Seatbelt/Harness Question
Does anyone make a seatbelt/harness that can bolt to the stock mounting locations but cinches down tightly? The stock belt doesn't hold me in very well and I really don't need a harness bar and 4 point harness for everyday driving.
I don't know if any of you are old enough to remember when seatbelts used to actually hold you in place when you tightened them down. That was before retractors they have now. The only thing you had to remember was not to slam the buckle in the door.

I second the CG Lock...I have one, and I like it. I have a Sparco four point that I've been planning to install for the last few months...but have never gotten around to doing it. The CG Lock takes less than 5 minutes to install, and allows you to sinch down the "lap" portion of your factory restraint belt as tight as you can stand.
This is what I was looking for.

I'm going to try it and see how it works.

4 points arent all that bad my freind had one in his mr2, it wasn't a hassle, and it was ver comforable once your inplace. But the standard seatbelts make everyday drive easier i suppose, so i second that cg-lock.
